Time Warner Cable - they have a LOT of tricks to prevent you getting credits for things that don't work - if there is an outage in your service you may get a recorded message, so you don't have to speak to an agent. BUT, if you don't, we have no record that you've rung about a problem and you don't qualify for a credit - agents do NOT have records of previous outages and can usually only give a 24hour credit - longer problem? have to call every day. Supervisors are usually NOT available (not the agent's fault), if they ARE available and agent can lose their bonus (up to 30% of their salary) for putting you through to one - supervisors often won't call you back
