The initial wait to human was about 3 minutes. The agent was kind and helpful, but I needed to speak to her supervisor b/c she was not authorize to get what I needed. That wait was pretty long (20 min), but the supervisor also provided excellent service and was able to help me with my problem. I also had my promotion rate extended for another year for my trouble.
