I am very dissapointed in Time Warner Cable. My husband and I have been loyal customers for several years. Recently I decided to upgrade to internet and cable because Time Warner has been so reliable I chose Time Warner. Little did I know the customer rep I spoke with while ordering was either unaware that I would have a huge pro-rated charge or failed to mention it. I live on a budget and I agreed to installation charges, however my bill is now over 300 for 1 month of service. I cannot pay that ever. I also was told to go to my local office where they could help me and wasted 1 hr of babysitting time. I have twins. I don't believe I should have to pay for charges that I did not agree to. I need customer relations to contact me asap. I hope I do not have to cancel my services with Time Warner because of the deceit of a customer rep. email: cordm33@yahoo.com
