“You can get a 2 minute credit on your bill for every dropped call, but they bury the 'report a dropped call' process so deeply I didn't want to bother. I finally wrote down the sequence, and now I report nearly every dropped call. Immediately after the drop, press *2, then 1, 4, 5, and 1. It's all automated and after you hit the last '1' you'll get a recording that says you've been credited 2 minutes.”
