“Get told I am being "transferred" but I am actually cut off (this has happened a couple of times). Get endless advertisments and pointless lists of options, then get asked for information that they don't need, all before getting through to someone. When I eventually got through to someone, he asked for some of the same information again.... Geographical numbers don't work - 0870 or 0844 only.”
