<summary type="html" ><![CDATA[Rogers Wireless (Canada) tip: If you say "customer service" to the automated 'Melanie' she doesn't recognize it, but if you swear at her she asks "did you say customer service?"

I found this out after a very bad day, when I came home to find my home phone was out I had to call Rogers from my cell and couldn't get a customer service rep or get out of the wireless dept. After 10 minutes of trying to reason with the machine named Melanie I uttered a the "f" word as I was about to hang up, and then I heard her say "did you say customer service?" it took another 20 minutes and 3 people to find a guy to tell me to press the reset button on the modem, but I finally got my phone service back. it was not my best day!]]></summary>
