“Dear Sir/Madam, I got a call from your company on 02/03/2010 from the number 07553050613 in which they asked me to listen some of your plan. After listening to their plan I told them that I do not require any such plan yet and in case if I will require any such plan in future, I will contact you from my side. Being saying this, Reliance has activated that plan on my mobile phone and has deducted the amount of that plan from my balance account which is totally unfair. When I made the complain to the company regarding this, then they said that this service has been activated from your side which is totally verbose. So, I request you to please take some serious action regarding the same. I will b highly thankful to you. ”
