Radio Shack tip: I bought a 3yr warranty w my Casio camera. It failed a couple of times and my Groton, Ct store refused to replace/ repair it within the deadline. After months of being patronized, they gave me a defective camera they had on hand (that was 1/3 cost of my original). I returned that one within 30days and they refused to replace it or refund my original expenditure. Currently I am without a camera and would never endorse RadioShack and their sleezy ethics.
Radio Shack tip: I had a wonderful experience at Radio Shack (3434) in Phoenix AZ. The customer service was great especially the manager Jesus Acosta. He explained everything very well, took his time with the service. The store was extremely busy, however, Jesus was just great with all the customers. I will definetly go back to that Radio Shack for any of my needs. Thanks Jesus you were a great help getting my phone issues taken care of. dd

Radio Shack tip: to get through to customer service, it was necessary to press "zero" several times. at first, I got shunted back to the beginning of "phone hell" again and again. they finally said "all our reps are busy, your call may be recorded". now, I'm listening to the phone ring and ring and ring ...

it's been 2 minutes of ringing. i'm hanging up and starting over. <blank blank blankety blank>

Radio Shack tip: I had a wonderful experience at the Fontana, CA radio shack. The girl (04) was so helpful and knew what I wanted and how it worked. She was prompt and knowledgable.
I will go back for other products.
I purchased a digital conversion box for my trailer. It worked 100% above what I expected. The picture quality from the conversion box was almost high definition.
I am now interested in getting a Garmin GPS at the same store.

Radio Shack tip: Carrie from Radio Shack in Canton, MI went out of her way to help my husband and me in a difficult situation. I have a very ill 91 year old mother in New Canaan, CT and must have a phone ready at all times for emergencies. We feel her professionalism is a reason we intend on using this store regularly. Thank you for such a plus to Radio Shack's services. Jane Brown
