“to get through to customer service, it was necessary to press "zero" several times. at first, I got shunted back to the beginning of "phone hell" again and again. they finally said "all our reps are busy, your call may be recorded". now, I'm listening to the phone ring and ring and ring ... it's been 2 minutes of ringing. i'm hanging up and starting over. ”
