“What a bait and switch. They say you can save money by booking room and flight together. Yeah right!!! My flight went to LAX, my room in Santa Barbara even though the destination read Santa Barbara. They insisted Santa Barbara was a regional airport of LAX. NO help at all, no credit, changes or refund. They have ruined my Christmas. ”
