"Utilizing the online call option to obtain a priority ID is of no use. After filling in all the information and obtaining an ID number (along with an estimated wait time of 2 minutes), I called a different toll free number, input my priority ID and waited 46 minutes for the tech to pick up." read more reviews like this »
