“My daughter was flying home from college taking a flight from Portland Oregon. She checked 2 bags and pre-paid for both of them. Her one bag was 10 pounds over the limit so they held her up and forced her to pay $90 overage fee. The original ticket price was $160 add $15 for first bag and $25 for second bag plus an additional charge of $90 you have a total of $290, $130 of which is for luggage...Think we will ever fly Northwestern/Delta again??? Ripping off an 18 year-old college student, 3000 miles from home....nice huh!”
