“nicor is very unprofessional as far as their appointments are concerned. they harassed me about a meter reading because i work durning their hours. i took the day off and had window frame 8 to 12. 12:50 and they have not shown. customer sevice is of no help they say "our guys have 500 meters to read and we just give a window but its not guaranteed. maybe the government needs to regulate nicor like they do the phone company.(cub)”
