“Nicor is completely unprofessional and unreliable. I work during their "normal business hours" so, after being hounded to schedule a meter reading, I took a day off in order to accomodate THEM, within a "four hour window" (8-12 am). No one came and my calls to Nicor customer "service" were met with insouciance and "When would you like to schedule a reading, Monday through Friday..." I took a DAY OFF TO ACCOMODATE YOU, IDIOT! I am so angry I could file a lawsuit!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!”
