“The Moneygram customer care on the phone is quite good. The first person I spoke to at 800-926-9400 did not speak good English but was polite and transferred me to the right department (which often does not happen). The second person I got--at the Internet money trnasfer desk (?)-- was excellent. o overall, a pretty satisfactory experience with phone support in times when it is often terrible.”
