"i called in today 30/07/2010 to report a stolen card. it was a cash card issued by my husbands' company for their payroll. i was asked for the account number in which we cant provide anymore coz the card was already stolen. i provided all the personal info needed but Rita, the advisor said that she wont be able to block the card since we dont know the acct number. the problem is there is money in the acct & if the card is not blocked immediately, there is a chance that the person who got his card can withdraw the money. horrible customer service experience." read more reviews like this »
