“I called @10:49, after waiting 10 min, call dropped. Called 10:59, 3 hang ups trying to access. 11:15, wouldn't transfer. 11:22 reached no one. 11:57. finally resched rep tat could not/would not answer my questions. No supervisor available. I was only trying to find out why I was paying $54.00+ for unlimited calls and texting only, when they're offering $40.00 for unlimited nationwide calls, unlimited texting and WEB! I spoke to an agent who could not explain a thing to me. Here's the "good news" After I pay my $54.00 bill, I can call and request they change my plan to the $40.00 one. Think that will happen?--Really?”
