“Absolutely horrendous customer service. My issue has taken three reps, a supervisor, an unanswered email, and about an hour and a half on the telephone - and after I canceled (mainly due to the abysmal service) I was still charged for my next month's fee. Can't wait to see how long that takes to resolve.”
