I wanted to change my credit card to one with airmiles. I felt I was advised fairly and the pro and cons explained well. The only draw back was that the first person I spoke to couldn't make the change and had to transfer me to another department, but that said it only took a few seconds and it was obvious that the first call centre operator had passed on all the relevant information before transferring me, which meant I didn't have to explain everything again.
