Comments from customer: Every time I have called Lands End, I got a Standard Modern American English speaking person at the other end after a minute or less wait. I was never put on hold and the agent knew the answers to my questions immediately. Any and all issues were resolved promptly and satisfactorily. I give them all my mail order business. ]]></description>
