“This was a nightmare - I tried pressing 1 but it got me nowhere. All I wanted was to speak to a person and ask a general question. I did not have a medical record number. After about 30 minutes I finally got through to someone in San Diego who could not give me an answer to a question about Los Angeles. She referred me back to the phone number I first tried and got nowhere.”
