“WTF. mega long waits to try to use my TRUEBLUE points as all of my award are "old TRUEBLUE passes" so i had to use the phone... freaking sucks to have such insanely long wait times to use their idiotic old passes... I should be able to book online for the prior passess... BOOO jet blue ”
