With all the modern technology it takes JCP&L 7 to 10 days to post a check. Then they tell you, you were late with your payment. Are they kidding? Either move your employees to work faster or hire more people. The wait time for someone to answer the phone is absolutely ridiculous. There has to be a better supplier of electricity since these individuals don't have a clue.
