Tip from another customer

I recently placed an order through the internet and for some reason when it was shipped, the usps returned it. No notification from penney's or usps as to why. A customer service rep. called me and asked if I would like to reorder so I said yes and guess what? I still never recieved my items. I called sometime later and was told there was no order showing for me. What is going on? Ronald Collare
