“Just spoke to Intuit, took forever to actually talk to someone. Horrible customer service. They charged me for a product (TurboTax) that I did not order. It is a mess. I have some phone numbers that seemed to work: For Quicken: 888-246-8848, gets you directly to customer service. For TurboTax: 800-440-3279 Since I was transferred I cannot absolutely guarantee these numbers work, however, these were the numbers given to me when I asked for them. I tried to call the 800-4Intuit (800-446-8848) and got hung up on several times. There also seems to be no email support (what a surprise). Good luck. ”
