“I've had hughesnet over a year and this is first time to use technical support. Its so rediculous. Its been 5 days now and my issues of slow web page browsing is still not resolved. Everytime I call tech support I get new case number, I am told someone will call me back on certain day and no one does and I am still under contract until end of 2010. I cant stand them, they lie about their great service.”
