Hughesnet Customer Review - Nov 09, 2009

I have not had internet service since September, this is now November, I have 10 case numbers from phone calls to Hughes nest and 3 technical support visits, yet they tell me I cannot cancel my service without reasonable attempts to fix the problem, what do they consider reasonable? who knows, they are reading their "help" information from a manual and have no technical education or experience anyway. One will transfer you to level 3 service but the next will refuse to do so. I guess it is time to involve the lawyers and the BBB in this one.
