“Resolution to all hotels.com complaints would like to share with everyone else. This is how my issues were resolved. You can contact the manager of customer service Randy Mills at 817-333-5000 select option 2 for the corporate directory and follow the instructions so that you can be transferred to his extension. Maybe then someone can get something done about refunds and complaints. ”
