“hotel dot com is the worst company. Do NOT use them they are evil. the computer booked the wrong date and they are charging $200 to cancel. RUN away!! do NOT use them. 3 mins after the mistake was made we called them. they put us on hold 13 minutes then Mr. India said he would refund one day and book the one correct night. then he put us on hold for another 18 minutes. Then another (perhaps the same) Mr India said he would cancel but charge us $200 dollars. Now not one night to stay and we are charged for 2 nights!! What crappy customer service. hotel dot com is horrible ”
