“I've sent my own $3600. HP laptop to them FIVE times to fix the SAME problem. First time they sent it back quickly... I was impressed it wouldn't even boot up. The last time they had for over a MONTH during which time I spoke with 16 different people up the chain to "executive customer service" in California only to have them also fall down on the job. FORTY FIVE days later my laptop unexpectedly arrived via FedEx with the SAME PROBLEM unresolved. I gave up. Buying a MAC next time around.”
