<description><![CDATA[Halifax (UK) rating from customer: 2.0 out of 5: Poor.  Comments from customer: Apparently there are separate departments in customer services for different accounts, in my case, a current account and a web savings account.  I ended up with the wrong "department" and when I was transferred a further delay of 4 minutes.  The first department did not deal with the matter but the second department was excellent and sorted it.]]></description>
