“ I was looking for a bus from Atlantic City to New York. The Greyhound Web site still lists buses departing from the Sands Casino, which has been closed for three years. The man who answered the phone barely understood English and I had to repeat myself several times to make myself understood. He had trouble reading the bus schedule, and I had to make a second call to make sure I got the right information”
