“I called the number that you provided and once the women answered the phone, I explained that I had already been through the forums and everything else online. I have been dealing with a email/apps problem for over a year with no resolution. the girl just kept repeating that there WAS NO ON PHONE CUSTOMER SUPPORT!!! Everything is done online:( You have to hope that a google employee take pity on you and decides to help you online but first they have to pick you!!! I like Google email but they are no different than any other corporation that does not want to deal with the public.”
