“After it rang and I got an automated message it asked for my zip code. I hit nothing and was put into the que. I waited about 2 minutes when I was asked about taking a survey. Again I hit nothing. It rang about a minute later and a recorded english lady voice came on and said " due to high call volumes...yada yada yada.... a minute later I was talking to a human. I called about getting my title to a mototrcycle I paid off. last month they told me 7-14 days. He stated a glitch in processing has prevented them from issuing my title but I should recieve it in 7 days.”
