“I over paid a bill by $1,000. I have been trying to get the credit returned to me for three months. Every time I talk to someone they say it is in the mail. I have called three times and get the same answer. Today I started a phone search to call someone who was not from India. I actually talked to someone from the Headquarters in Dayton, Oh. She told me she was sorry and would ensure I get my money. I hope to get my check within two weeks.”
