The company sucks. Their ACD system routes you in an endless loop no matter what button you press. Wasted my time and energy. They can't even get their reports right and they do nothing to help the customer when there is fraud involved. I'll be reporting them to the BBB, FTC, congress, senate, and anyone else that can make a difference.
