I wanted to talk w/ a real person about placing a freeze alert and a fraud alert on my file. The only thing the person who answered the phone could do was to sign me up for Equifax's ID Patrol service at $13.95/month. He gave me two other phone numbers, stating they were automated services, THEN I might get a realperson. THEN HE HUNG UP!
