“Yes , the MORTGAGE company doesn't care about the 'homeowner' - they are as greedy as the next person about their 'fine print' - but when you finally get a person to YELL at - it's generally too late because you are already behind on pptaxes and they just THINK they can add it to your loan balance. I would recommend refinancing also, at your earliest convenience! ”
