“In reality, never was able to get to a live person, your Customer Service telephone number never gives you the option to speak to someone live......I was never able to get thru, just got the run around......so I gave up and hung up, it didn't matter what I tried......Customer Service, what Customer Service, I don't believe you exist.....”
