<summary type="html" ><![CDATA[<a href="/DirecTV-customer-service_249.html">DirecTV</a> customers have had a lot of complaints lately, mostly around the company's cancellation policies.  Specifically, many of the complaints have been about hidden fees that were not clear before canceling the service.<br /><br />Other customers have complained that <a href="/DirecTV-customer-service_249.html">DirecTV</a> extended their contract for another 2 years after a service as simple as replacing a box.  The <a href="http://www.bbb.org/" target="_blank">Better Business Bureau</a> has logged over 20,000 complaints in the past few years for <a href="/DirecTV-customer-service_249.html">DirecTV</a>, and now grades them as a "No rating" company. Seems like it might be time for the satellite TV company to re-examine its transparency to customers.<br/><br />
