“When I cancelled my service on July 29,2009,I ask for my total bill and was told it was $3.10. Two days later they took $103.10 out of my checking account without my permission.My Attorney states that this is illegal!They told me they mailed the check for said amount on Aug.27 and still have no check.These people are theives and I have contacted the BBB!Never WILL I EVER USE THEM AGAIN!! ”
