I am so disappointed with DirecTv customer service. Every time we call, we get a different answer to the same question. From how much we will be billed next month, to are we currently under contract and, if so, until when? We can call with the same question on five different occasions, speak to five different people, and get five different answers. Furthermore, when you have a complaint or dispute, you are likely to spend an inordinate amount of time on hold and will probably be transferred to several different people, none of whom have the ability or desire to solve your problem. My husband recently spent 47 minutes on hold while being transferred to a supervisor. When someone finally got on the line, they had him hold for another 20 minutes after which time he was promptly disconnected. Complete and utter frustration. I will never do business with DirecTv again and have convinced many friends and family members not to either.
