“Called the 800-531-5000 number and canceled my acct. No one told me that it was 18 months and have no paper saying so.Said they would send bill .Instead you took out $127.33 out of my bank acct. with out permission and now have a $52.80 overdraft fee. First time ever.Fixed income and my check comes the 2nd Wed. of month. Today so would of made a difference if was told. Am not a bit happy with Directv and would never have you again.”
