“I called several times about our poor signal nothing was done. I finally asked to speak with a mgr. and she informed me that she doesnt install satellites and that I as the paying customer should have known to tell the tech. the satellite was not going to work behind a 50ft pecan tree where he installed it!!! I am a school bus driver, I have no formal training on installing satellites either you idiot!!!”
