“I spoke to sally about the trouble that i was having with my service with directv, we was on the phone for 1hour and 30 minutes and sally was great but her company directv sucks that's the reason that i rated the quality of service and communication so pooorly , I understand that she could not do anything but read her script and tell me what her training manuel says and she need her job, and was being recorded, she read the notes that was incorrectly typed in the system and that's all she can say, she could not really help me but she could only listen. SALLY WAS GREAT FANTASTIC, SHE WORKS FOR A HORRIBLE COMPANY.”
