Supervisor #TPCH376650 "Martin" told me I ordered additional programs I discovered added to my statement. This is after an agent earlier read from the entry that the program was a "gift" from direct tv that was to be automatically dropped after 3 months. This idiot "supervisor" told me I ordered the program online - like I wouldn't know that I did not order it. He then hung up on me after I held for an hour. Direct tv's message to paying customers never late for a payment: "Screw you" Call this company if you want a heart attack.
