“We moved to an apartment that could not get a Satellite signal. Tech came to apt and was told we would not be charged a cancellation fee. We received bill for $253.41 for cancellation fee which was incorrect. Called CSR to correct discrepancy. Credit was applied - I owe $9.66.”
