Filing a new complaint about ME and my family were going on a cruise which cost $4,500 We arrived earlier then we were suppose to be the lines were about 50 people long we go in the back when we got up to the counter she took about 30mins to get back asked for another flight to maybe make it but both were delayed (reasons unknown) we missed our flight which cost $800 they wouldnt reschedule our flight we eneded up missing our $4,500 cruise because of delta they would not refund our money and we ended up losing over $5000 dollars we didnt just plan this in a weak it was for 2 years of planning gone down the drain. ”
