“The 800-221-1212 number was busy for literally 14 hours. I wasn't trying it constantly, but every time I did try I either got a busy signal or a recording telling me that all circuits were busy. I finally realized that some other number(s) *must* exist, and a quick google search yielded 800-692-6980. I called, got through, waited all of 1.5 minutes, and had a customer service rep to talk to. Excellent.”
