“DIFFERENT SERVICE TYPES GO TO DIFFERENT COUNTRIES!!! Having contacted Dell for a number different computer categories/product lines, it is clear that different machine types get routed to different countries, with dramatically different results. Business, Small Business, Government - Probably US or Canada, adequate service (includes Servers, OptiPlex, Latitude, etc.) Home & Home Office - India - Horrible wait times, clueless tech support, takes hours and multiple phone calls to resolve problems, refuses to transfer to US support (Dimension, Inspiron, Studio, etc.)”
